WebbWith the implementation of the EU Directive on the re-use of Public Sector Information in 2005 it was decided that there was a need for a dedicated body to be the principal focal point for advising on and regulating the operation of public sector information re-use. The Office of Public Sector Information (OPSI) was established for that purpose. WebbAndres Balcazar (Mexico) Andres Balcazar is a Mexico City based architect and consultant. He has been an accessibility and disability consultant for national and international organizations from the private, public, and civil society sectors. Currently he works for the Mexican Human Rights Commission as Director of Disability Affairs.
