Sounds like cycles is passing information to CUDA modules that it doesn't understand, since GPU drivers update more than Blender, my guess is new drivers introduced a bug. #1. WebJust restarting Blender usually fixed the problem. -FYI, hybrid rendering is often slower than GPU-only rendering. I know it sounds counterintuitive, but the GPU usually ends up sitting idle waiting for the CPU to finish the current task. Since 2.91 (IIRC) if the GPU runs out of tiles it will take over tiles being rendered by the CPU.
